Is secure to buy on www.kavopick.com?
KAVOPICK Store uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers' windows during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time we ask for a credit card number during checkout for payment, it will be SSL encrypted.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are handled and shipped within 1-5 business days.
Where I can track my order?
After the order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Why my tracking code has no information on the tracking website?
Because takes 5-10 days to the info update in the tracking system. check again in a few days.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
If the order hasn´t been shipped yet we can cancel your order and refund you, but if it´s already in transit, the order can´t be canceled.
